When you request a product trial or demonstration, we collect the information you provide, including your name, organization, phone number, email address, research direction, and products of interest. Security logs may also record IP address, browser type, and request time.

We use this information to verify and respond to requests, arrange product introductions or trials, provide pre-sales support, and protect the website. Request details are transferred through a controlled Feishu workflow to authorized sales or service personnel.

We retain personal information only as long as required for follow-up and legal obligations, normally no longer than 24 months. We use access controls, encrypted transport, and least-privilege access. We do not sell personal information or disclose it to unrelated third parties unless legally required or authorized by you.

When analytics are enabled, Umami may be used to understand page visits and feature usage. Analytics configuration is controlled by the website deployment and is used only to improve user experience and operations.
